Every full roof replacement we complete comes with a 5 year labor warranty, which covers any issues caused by installation—if something goes wrong due to our work, we come back and fix it at no cost to you. Separately, the materials themselves are backed by a manufacturer warranty, which covers defects in the roofing system. We install everything to the manufacturer’s exact specifications so your warranty stays valid, and if there’s ever a material issue, we’ll help guide you through the claim process. It’s a straightforward setup—our workmanship is on us, and the product is backed by the manufacturer—so you’re protected from both sides.
For existing homes, our re-roof process is built around restoring and upgrading your roof with a focus on durability and performance. We start by removing the old roofing system down to the decking and carefully inspecting the structure to ensure everything is sound. Any necessary repairs are handled before installation begins. From there, we install a new underlayment for reliable moisture protection, followed by your new roofing system applied to manufacturer specifications. We maintain a clean job site throughout the project and finish with a thorough cleanup, leaving your property in the same condition we found it—just with a roof that’s built to last.
For new construction homes, our process is focused on precision, coordination, and long-term performance. We work directly with builders and contractors to ensure proper timing and a smooth install from start to finish. Attention is given to proper ventilation and flashing details to ensure the roof performs as intended from day one.
